Temlay is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) from sub district headquarter and 45 kilometres (28 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 140 houses and a population of 712 of which 363 are males while 349 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 417 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
