Sarvad is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from sub district headquarter and 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 369 houses and a population of 1774 of which 898 are males while 876 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 194 people are from Schedule Caste and 475 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
