Jakhane is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 252 houses and a population of 1218 of which 623 are males while 595 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 451 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
