Galwade is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from sub district headquarter and 75 kilometres (47 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 187 houses and a population of 790 of which 399 are males while 391 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 3 people are from Schedule Caste and 211 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
