Vele is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) from sub district headquarter and 55 kilometres (34 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 432 houses and a population of 1851 of which 978 are males while 873 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 149 people are from Schedule Caste and 406 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
