Savalade is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 50 kilometres (31 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 379 houses and a population of 1842 of which 926 are males while 916 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 340 people are from Schedule Caste and 473 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
