Singju or Singsu (Manipuri salad) is a Meitei dish, mainly made up of a leafy green vegetables. It is generally consumed as a spicy side dish.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6] Notably, Singju festival, an annual fair is organized in the promotion of the food item in India.
