Dr. Dilip Donekar (born April 15, 1980) is a healthcare professional and Naturopath & Holistic wellness therapist. He is currently the CEO of Donekar Group of companies as well as the director of DGC Naturopathy Heart & Cancer Care centre and Donekar Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. He runs two Naturopathy centres in Maharashtra (Nagpur & Mumbai).
Persoanl life and education
Dilip was born in 1980 in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh to Damodarji Rajoba Donekar and Shakuntala Damodar Donekar. He completed his MD from Nagpur University in 2015 and further pursued his PhD from Victoria Global University, USA. He completed his PhD in 2019. Dilip is married to Jaya Dilip Donekar a Naturopath by profession and also the director of DGC Naturopathy Heart & Cancer Care centre and Donekar Ayurveda. He is currently residing in Nagpurthe with his wife and their 2 children.[1][2]
Career
Dilip is the CEO of Donekar Group of companies as well as the director of DGC Naturopathy Heart & Cancer Care centre and Donekar Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. He specializes in the treatment of various forms of cancer and also offers treatments for psoriasis, epilepsy, paralysis, migraine, joint pain, jaundice, chronic diseases, asthma, allergy, diabetes, kidney stone, blood pressure, HIV as well as skin-related issues.[3][4] accessed on 8-05-2021 He also treats female health care problems and offers yoga and meditation session.
- Philosophy
According to Donekar, “A good and sustainable lifestyle is one which encompasses physical and emotional well-being. Today’s polluted environment, adulterated food, poor diet, stressful and hectic lifestyles impede one’s ability to stay healthy. The Naturopathy philosophy is based on the principle that ‘nature can treat people and help the body to heal itself.[5]
Awards and recognitions
He is a recipient of several national and international awards for his contribution to the world of Naturopathy and has achieved the popularity of being one of the best naturopathic and cancer care doctors in a short time.[6][7] He has been conferred with a Gold medal in recognition of his research in the field of cancer and heart treatments by the Reiki Council of India (2018). His achievements and contributions have also received immense appreciation in the Asia Book of Records (2018) organised by the International Naturopathy Organisation (INO) in association with the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
