OfficeKit HR is an end-to-end human resource management software which enables HR teams to manage everything from employee hiring and leave management to employee management and administration with an applicant tracking system, global payroll and compliance, attendance management tools. It was developed by M2H Infotech LLP a software product company, based out in Kerala with offices in Dubai, The United States and Australia.
The software was founded in 2016 by Mohammed Faizan Lanka and Haris P T. In November 2020, OfficeKit raised $1 million in a seed funding round from the US based Expert DOJO Venture Fund II LLC under Kerala Startup Mission's monthly Investor Café programme. Prior to the latest capital infusion, they raised $500,000 from various angel investors. It has a customer base of 20 customers including UAE-based Lulu Group, across more than 15 countries, with over 18,000 employees managed through its platform.
