Suggestion
The Language of the Reang(Bru)is "Kaubru". The Reang is one of the 19 tribes of Tripura, but Kaubru is not enlisted in the Language list of Tripura. This is a most incomplete task. The Kaubru dialect represents 36,123 words whereas KokBorok is 27,o63 only (Bharatavani Project,L.D.Consortium for Indian Language).Padmashri awardee linguist,Chairman and Chief Editor of The Linguistic Suevey of India,Boroda has recognized Kaubru as a distinct language. The Reang Language code is=ria, kokborok is =trp,(ISO 639-3).In language profile of Tripura the Sl.No.of Reang Language Kaubru is 342.There is no any Scope to be avoided "Kaubru" in the List of Language of Tripura.Kaubru. Kaubru has already met the criterion to be classified as a Minority Language.Kaubru is an independent language and no scope to be a part of Kokborok. P.K.Molsoi.
