Council of Common Interests

The Council of Common Interests [lower-alpha 1] (CCI) is a constitutional body within the Government of Pakistan, established to address power-sharing disputes between the federation and its provinces. It is appointed by the President based on the advice of the Prime Minister. The CCI operates under the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination and is accountable to both houses of Parliament: the Senate of Pakistan and the National Assembly of Pakistan.
