Rati Raut
Rati Raut was a chief of Rati Pargana in north Bihar.[1][2] Jetharia clan of Bhumihars are believed to be originated from Rati Raut, a Ahir.[3][4]

Early life
Rati Raut was born on 22 January 1602 in Champaran district, Bihar, into a royal family. His father was the king of a small part of West Champaran. He belonged to the Majhraut clan of Yadava.[5]
