Keka is a software company specializing in cloud based HR management software and payroll automation.[1]

Keka's has also offices in Singapore, and Seattle, Washington.[2]

It was founded by Vijay Yalamanchili, current CEO, on July 21, 2014.[1][3] The company is headquartered in Hyderabad, with subsidiaries in Singapore and the US.[4][5]

Keka was established in 2014 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In 2015, the company entered the Indian HR market and the same year, won the HYSEA Hottest Startups Award.[5][6]

By 2019 Keka surpassed $1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the company increased its sales sevenfold.[7][8]

By 2021 Keka served 5,500 customers, recording an ARR of $6.5 million and managing payroll for 3.2 million employees.[4] The company also raised $1.6 million through Recur Club.[9]

In 2022 Keka secured India's largest Series A funding of $57 million from West Bridge Capital.[5][7][2]

Keka specializes in providing business services in the field of HR technology, payroll automation, recruiting, leave, attendance and performance management.[10][11]
