Mendipada is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 40 kilometres (25 mi) from sub district headquarter and 22 kilometres (14 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 252 houses and a population of 1358 of which 685 are males while 673 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1354 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
