Tande is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from sub district headquarter and 62 kilometres (39 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 343 houses and a population of 1574 of which 840 are males while 734 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 90 people are from Schedule Caste and 1301 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
