Chande is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 28 kilometres (17 mi) from sub district headquarter and 28 kilometres (17 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 446 houses and a population of 2068 of which 1080 are males while 988 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 104 people are from Schedule Caste and 245 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
