Rama Devi Women's University is a state university for women in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It was founded as the Rama Devi Women's College in 1964 in a small building in Bhubaneswar.[3][4][5] It is named after Ramadevi Choudhury. It is the first Women's university of Odisha.
On July 01, 2021 University was accorded with 12(B) status by UGC.[6]
