Manjrod is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 18 kilometres (11 mi) from sub district headquarter and 50 kilometres (31 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 902 houses and a population of 4160 of which 2133 are males while 2027 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 297 people are from Schedule Caste and 880 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
