Tarode is a village in Muktainagar in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 46 kilometres (29 mi) from sub district headquarter and 71 kilometres (44 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 357 houses and a population of 1647 of which 860 are males while 787 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 287 people are from Schedule Caste and 433 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
