Bodwad is a village in Muktainagar in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 64 kilometres (40 mi) from sub district headquarter and 88 kilometres (55 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 382 houses and a population of 1744 of which 886 are males while 858 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 457 people are from Schedule Caste and 622 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
