Karanji

Karanji is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 50 kilometres (31 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 86 houses and a population of 335 of which 183 are males while 152 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 132 people are from Schedule Caste and 0 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
