Naigaon is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from sub district headquarter and 27 kilometres (17 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 1188 houses and a population of 5148 of which 2662 are males while 2486 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 249 people are from Schedule Caste and 2111 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
