Mitawali is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 26 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 25 kilometres (16 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 284 houses and a population of 1251 of which 639 are males while 612 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 108 people are from Schedule Caste and 444 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
