Mālik is an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language political crime drama film directed, written and edited by Mahesh Narayanan.[2] The film is produced by Anto Joseph under the banner of Anto Joseph Film Company. The film stars Fahad Faasil. Principal photography began on 3 September 2019. Stunt director Lee Whittaker joined the sets on 11 December 2019 and is handling the action choreography of the film.[3][4] The film is to release on 13 May 2021.

Plot

The film tells the life story of Sulaiman Malik (Fahadh Faasil) from his childhood to middle age, spanning from the late 1960s to the present day.

Release

The film was originally scheduled to release in mid April 2020,[2][3] but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India.[5] The film is scheduled to release on 13 May 2021.[6][7]
