Aklad is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 22 kilometres (14 mi) from sub district headquarter and 22 kilometres (14 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 449 houses and a population of 2120 of which 1095 are males while 1025 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 357 people are from Schedule Caste and 714 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
