Ferns N Petals (FNP) is India's largest flower and gifts retailer and one of the largest flower retailers in the world with a network of 320 plus outlets across 120 cities (by May 2019). It was started by Vikaas Gutgutia in 1994. The first shop was opened in Delhi South extension and it took the company nine years before it finally broke even in 2003.[2]
Retail categories
Though originally a flower retailer, the firm has expanded its business by christening FNP Weddings & Events in 1996. Considering the fact that the online retail industry is evolving to create a bright commercial ecosystem. FNP entered the online gifting solutions for its customers and introduced the E-Commerce division in 2002 and since then it has grown leaps and bound. At this juncture, the drive has only increased and FNP strives to be up there among the best in the world. The company has become global by launching www.fnp.ae in 2015 and further stepped into the cake manufacturing business by opening fnp Cakes ‘N’ More in the year 2016.
