Pilode is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 26 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 80 kilometres (50 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 443 houses and a population of 2038 of which 1022 are males while 1016 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 39 people are from Schedule Caste and 738 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
