Kalapani is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 38 kilometres (24 mi) from sub district headquarter and 75 kilometres (47 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 150 houses and a population of 762 of which 367 are males while 395 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 759 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
