Shrawani is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 25 kilometres (16 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 578 houses and a population of 2822 of which 1382 are males while 1440 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 9 people are from Schedule Caste and 2752 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
