Arave is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 482 houses and a population of 2288 of which 1154 are males while 1134 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 198 people are from Schedule Caste and 447 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
