Tavkhede P.n is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) from sub district headquarter and 66 kilometres (41 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 373 houses and a population of 1977 of which 1022 are males while 955 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 130 people are from Schedule Caste and 1175 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
