Takarkhede is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 72 kilometres (45 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 450 houses and a population of 2383 of which 1241 are males while 1142 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 417 people are from Schedule Caste and 1067 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
