Tarhavad is a village in Talode in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from sub district headquarter and 28 kilometres (17 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 426 houses and a population of 2131 of which 1059 are males while 1072 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 140 people are from Schedule Caste and 1763 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
