Gaman is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 110 kilometres (68 mi) from sub district headquarter and 125 kilometres (78 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 518 houses and a population of 3097 of which 1536 are males while 1561 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 3090 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
