Aequs Private Limited (formerly known as QuEST Global Manufacturing Pvt Ltd) is a Karnataka based global precision manufacturing company headquartered at Hattargi in Belagavi district, Karnataka.[4][1]
Joint Ventures[edit]
It has a joint venture with Magellan Aerospace of Canada for surface treatment facility and has a joint venture with French company, Aubert & Duval and Setforge for forging facility.[3]
Acquisitions[edit]
- In 2015, Aequs Pvt Ltd acquired Paris-based T&K Machine.[5]
- In 2016, Aequs Pvt Ltd acquired European manufacturing company SiRA Group for an undisclosed amount to enhance its reach in the continent and to double its revenue to $100 million for that fiscal year.[5]
Aequs Foundation[edit]
Aequs Foundation is a CSR arm of Aequs aerospace company which has adopted 20 primary government schools in Hukeri taluk to take care of education, health, safety and hygiene of children.[6]
