Ikauna is a town and a nagar panchayat in Shrawasti district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. This town is closely attached to the Shravasti. Five blocks comes under Shravasti district: Ikauna, jamunha, sirsiya ,gilaula, Bhinga

Ikauna is located at 27°33′N 81°58′E / 27.55°N 81.97°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 109 metres (357 feet). It is nearest to Shrawasti(where Mahatma Gautam Buddha spend 11 year).
