Jamana is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 26 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 76 kilometres (47 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1] As of 2009, The village has a total number of 285 houses and the population of 1521 of which 777 are males while 744 are females.[1]
