Sindhi pulao

Sindhi pulao (Sindhi: سنڌي پُلاءُ‎) is a type of rice pilaf, prepared with mutton, beef, or chicken. It is prepared by Sindhi people in their marriage ceremonies, condolence meetings, and other occasions.[1][2]
