Sameer Rajda
Sameer Rajda (Gujarati : સમીર રાજડા, born 20 April 1963) is an Indian film, television and theatre actor, director and writer who mainly works in Gujarati cinema and Gujarati theatre. He is the son of famous writer director Mulraj Rajda and actress Indumati Rajda.

Personal life
Sameer was born on 20 April 1963 in Mumbai to Mulraj Rajda and Indumati Rajda. He has two siblings. He has been married to Shweta Rajda and the couple have a boy and a girl.
Career
Sameer started his career by assisting his father Mulraj Rajda in films and television. In 1985, he made his television debut with Ramanand Sagar television serial Vikram Aur Betaal. Then he appeared in another television serial Dada Dadi Ki Kahaniyan (1986) which was also produced by Sagar Arts. His first break came with Ramanand Sagar directed television serial Ramayan (1987), in which he played the role of Shatrughan. In 1988, he reprised his role of Shatrughan in another Ramanand Sagar directed television serial Luv Kush. In 1989, he also appeared in BR Chopra's Mahabharat in a small role as Uttara. He was also a part of many popular shows like Hamari Devrani (2008), Chhuta Chheda (2011) and Crime Patrol (2017).
Apart from television serials, Rajda has appeared in many films. He has played roles in films like Desh Re Joya Dada Pardesh Joya (1998), Jai Sikotar Maa (1998), Toran Badhao Ho Raaj (2003) etc. which are amongst the most successful films in Gujarati industry.
Rajda is also quite active in Gujarati theatre also he has done plays like Vat Thi Kaho Ame Namuna Chiye, Jo Jo Moda Na Padta etc.
In June 2020, Sameer directed and co-written a short film named Yam Hain Hum, He also acted in his short film.
