Moramba is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 40 kilometres (25 mi) from sub district headquarter and 20 kilometres (12 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 724 houses and a population of 3503 of which 1798 are males while 1705 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 7 people are from Schedule Caste and 3481 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
