Machmal is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 34 kilometres (21 mi) from sub district headquarter and 94 kilometres (58 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 249 houses and a population of 1093 of which 548 are males while 545 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1088 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
