Haripura is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from sub district headquarter and 54 kilometres (34 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 194 houses and a population of 1249 of which 705 are males while 544 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 42 people are from Schedule Caste and 1180 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
