Chilare is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 17 kilometres (11 mi) from sub district headquarter and 77 kilometres (48 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 421 houses and a population of 2336 of which 1093 are males while 1243 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 28 people are from Schedule Caste and 2293 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
