Ambade is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from sub district headquarter and 58 kilometres (36 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 256 houses and a population of 1119 of which 571 are males while 548 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 123 people are from Schedule Caste and 306 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
