Karanjali is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 44 kilometres (27 mi) from sub district headquarter and 24 kilometres (15 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 638 houses and a population of 2814 of which 1374 are males while 1440 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 2785 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
