Malkhede is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) from sub district headquarter and 40 kilometres (25 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 92 houses and a population of 504 of which 258 are males while 246 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 6 people are from Schedule Caste and 354 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
