Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha is a 31 year old, full-fledged medical college with a dedicated 1850 bedded hospital (Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital & Shalinitai Meghe Superspeciality Centre & Late Siddharth Gupta Memorial Cancer Hospital) in Wardha, Maharashtra. The college imparts the degree Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) since 1990. It is recognised by the Medical Council of India and is affiliated to Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (DMIMS), deemed to be university.
SELECTION:
Selection to the college is done on the basis of merit through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test. Yearly undergraduate student intake is 250.
