Shruti Sharma (born 5 July 1994) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi language fiction and reality shows. Sharma made her television debut with reality show India's Next Superstars. Later she played lead role of Dhanak Parekh in Gathbandhan, lead role of Palak Verma in Star Plus's Nazar 2 and role of Shayari Ahmed in popular fiction TV show Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka! . As Of 2021, she is portraying Chamcham Rani/Kahani Rajput in Colors TV’s Namak Issk Ka.
Career
In 2018, Sharma begun her television journey as a participant in Star Plus's India's Next Superstars, in which she ended up as a runner up and received a special mention.[2] That year she made her film debut with Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya opposite Naveen Polishetty.[3] Her first fiction show was Gathbandhan that featured her as Dhanak Parekh opposite Abrar Qazi and was telecasted on Colors TV from January to November 2019, followed by the second season of producer Gul Khan's popular supernatural thriller Nazar 2 on Star Plus in 2020.[4]
Later in 2020, Sharma bagged the role of Shayari Ahmed Khan in fantasy series Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka! on Star Plus.[5] In November 2020, she joined the lead cast of Khan's Namak Issk Ka on Colors TV as Chamcham Rani/Kahani Rajput.[6]
