Moirang Thoibi or Ewanglon Thoibi is one of the principal characters in the ancient Moirang Kangleirol legends.[1][2] She is a princess of the Moirang kingdom,[3] daughter of Chingkhuba and the niece of the king of Moirang.[4][5][6] She is a lady love of Khuman Khamba, a poor orphan prince.[7][8][9][10]
The term "Thoibi" means perfection or completion of beauty and accomplishments.[11]
In popular culture
