Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 20 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Kerala state in southern India. Wayanad was established by 2008 Delimitation. [citation needed]

Before, Mananthavady was included in Cannanore Lok Sabha constituency. Kalpetta,Thiruvambady, Sulthan Bathery was included in Kozhikode Lok Sabha constituency and Nilambur,Wandoor, and Eranad was included in Manjeri Lok Sabha Constituency

2024 by-election[edit | edit source]

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who was elected from two seats, Wayanad and Rae Bareli, resigned from Wayanad thereby causing a by-election.[3] Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had won by a margin of 4,10,931 votes.[4][5]
